Health data integration requires mapping of the actors responsible for data utilization.
AYU NURFAIZAHJAKARTA, KOMPAS - The government's plan to integrate national health data needs to consider that health data is a sensitive type of data. Therefore, the process of integration up to processing requires explicit consent from the data subject.
He considers that the government's plan to integrate health data nationally will definitely involve both public and private institutions. This will create a control over combined data and data sharing among the involved institutions. In such a situation, public-private institutions involved must have an agreement on sharing the responsibility of utilizing the data.
"We make it like a dictionary. So, there is a standard data that is the same throughout Indonesia," he said. "I also want to establish a standardized quality of health services. Currently, there are still differences in the quality standards of health services, including pricing, in health facility institutions," said Budi.
