Ketua Kecemerlangan Operasi PLUS Mohd Yusuf Abdul Aziz berkata sebelum penguatkuasaan PKP pada 18 Mac lepas, kira-kira 1.7 juta pengguna direkodkan setiap hari dan apabila PKP dikuatkuasakan, jumlah pengguna lebuh raya hanya 500,000 hingga 600,000 sahaja sehari. Beliau berkata semalam hampir sejuta kenderaan menggunakan lebuh raya di bawah kendalian syarikat itu.
