“In Occidental Mindoro, Antique, and Palawan, including Calamian, Cuyo, and Kalayaan Islands, there is a high chance of moderate to heavy rains due to the southwest monsoon,” Pagasa weather specialist Rhea Torres said.
She also noted that scattered monsoon rain showers and thunderstorms will likewise be felt in Metro Manila, Western Visayas, the rest of Mimaropa, and the western sections of Central Luzon, and Calabarzon.
