A 25-year-old man in Seremban, Malaysia, was fined RM7,500 for molesting a woman and possessing pornographic material on his phone. Azirul Afiq Adzelan Ahmad pleaded guilty to both charges and was sentenced to a fine of RM4,000 for the molestation charge and RM3,500 for the possession of pornographic material.

SEREMBAN: A 25-year-old groom-to-be was fined RM7,500 for molesting a woman and having pornographic material in his handphone after he pleaded guilty to both charges at the Magistrate's Court here.

He was charged with committing the offence at a convenience store at the southbound R&R along the North South Expressway near Nilai just past midnight on Feb 10. Azirul Afiq Adzelan, who was represented by Ng Yunn Yiing from the Legal Aid Department, pleaded for a minimum fine, stating that he was remorseful for his actions.
