She said a group of friends was comforting Anwar's daughter and when she inquired what had happened, the others wagged their fingers in an accusatory manner at her.
“My husband was taken in a van after a raid on our house. The next morning I was told by a friend […] that Anwar passed away. That made me quite hysterical. However, she added that witnessing Mahathir in his work mode for the first time was nothing short of awe-inspiring.
