Oil firms are set to hike pump prices of gasoline for the third straight week on Tuesday, while rolling back those of kerosene and keeping those of diesel unchanged.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and Seaoil Philippines Corp. said they will hike prices per liter of gasoline by P1.10, while cutting those of kerosene by P0.35 per liter. There will be no changes for diesel.The changes will take effect at 6 a.m.

on Tuesday, May 30, for all the firms except for Cleanfuel which will adjust prices at 4:01 p.m. the same day.Data from the Department of Energy indicate a year-to-date net increase of P5.00 per liter for gasoline, and net decreases of P5.05 per liter for diesel, and P6.40 per liter for kerosene as of May 23.per liter of gasoline by P0.80 and diesel by P0.60, and rolled back those of kerosene by P0.10.
