Mobile phone networks that don’t enforce security protocols will have to reimburse victims of certain phishing scams – a ruling that already applies to financial institutions.
KUALA LUMPUR: The retail prices of RON97 and RON95 petrol as well as diesel will remain unchanged at RM3.47, RM2.05 and RM2.15 per litre respectively from Oct 26 to Nov 1.
The Finance Ministry, in a statement on Wednesday , said the price is based on the weekly retail prices of petroleum products in accordance with the Automatic Pricing Mechanism formula. "To protect consumers from the increase of global oil price, the government will maintain the ceiling price of RON95 petrol at RM2.05 per litre and diesel at RM2.15 per litre, even though the market price for both products has increased beyond the current ceiling price," it added.
It added that the government would continue to monitor the impact of global crude oil prices and take relevant measures to ensure the continued welfare and well-being of the people. – BernamaMarriage registrations at NRD aren't religious, says dept after viral video
