The four; Seremban Jaya assemblyman P. Gunasekaran, 60, DAP member V Suresh Kumar, 43, trader B. Subramaniam, 57, and scrap metal dealer A. Kalaimughilan, 28, entered their plea in two separate courts.

The offences were allegedly committed at the Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter Terrorism Division between Oct 7 and Oct 11. He was alleged to have committed the offences for distributing items and supporting the group by attending an event at Dewan Tan Sri Soma, Wisma Tun Sambanthan, Jalan Sultan Sulaiman, Kampung Attap, here, between 8pm and 11.30pm on March 17, 2014.

For supporting LTTE via Youtube, he allegedly committed the offence at the Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter Terrorism Division , here, at about 10am on June 2, 2014.
