Adeleke finished in fourth place in both the 400m individual and 4x400m relay at the Olympics and her coach believes there is plenty more to come.
Rhasidat Adeleke 's coach Edrick Floreal believes there is plenty more to come for the Irish athlete after her agonising fourth-place finishes at the Olympics.
"Rhasidat and I went for coffee and explained to her that my goal was for her to be running and making consistent improvements at 30 years old. And Floreal, who coaches out of the University of Texas, says he is steadily trying to build Adeleke's training load to help her development. "I wish I would have done more but I don't think physically she could handle more volume or more reps because her body breaks down because she is still fragile in the 400m.
