Norwegian energy risk and assurance giant DNV has come calling for homegrown start-up Solcast, which sells data and forecasting solution for solar energy to the likes of Rio Tinto and BP.
DNV’s product is used by solar power producers, power grids and the like to determine its solar resource availability at any given time.
