A 69-year-old man was found dead inside a locked car on Jalan Bukit Temasu, Taman Sinar, Kota Kinabalu on Tuesday morning. Firefighters responded to an emergency call and used specialized equipment to open the car door. Medical personnel confirmed the man's death at the scene. This is the second incident of a man found dead in a car within three weeks. Police have taken possession of the body for further investigation.

Beliau berkata, sebaik sahaja menerima panggilan kecemasan mengenai insiden itu, sepasukan empat anggota dikejarkan ke lokasi kejadian yang terletak kira-kira enam kilometer dari BBP Lintas. “Seterusnya mayat mangsa diserahkan kepada PDRM untuk tindakan selanjutnya,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan hari ini.Ini adalah kejadian kedua lelaki ditemukan meninggal dunia dalam kenderaan dalam tempoh tiga minggu ini.
