THE Election Commission is seeking views and advice in drafting the procedure for the Chini by-election from the relevant agencies to curb the spread of Covid-19. The agencies involved in the engagement were the National Security Council , National Disaster Management Agency , the Health Ministry and the Royal Malaysian Police .
