The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring cloudy skies and rain showers across the country, PAGASA said Saturday.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its 4 p.m. weather bulletin.Meanwhile, the weather bureau is also monitoring an active tropical cyclone outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility .As of 3 p.m.
