The easterlies will continue to affect the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Friday, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast in Luzon is light to moderate moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate. Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving eastward while coastal waters remain light to moderate.
