President Rodrigo Duterte has instructed the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and other government offices concerned to give a report on anti-illegal drugs operations in the country to human rights groups.
“I suggest that lahat, pati PDEA, magbigay kayo ng isang report. Lahat ng datos na ibigay ng mga different law enforcement agencies at ibigay sa human rights … ‘yung nagdadala ng ICC ,” Duterte said in his weekly public address aired Tuesday night. “Ibigay ninyo ang kopya ng ilang toneladang shabu araw-araw na dumadagsa sa Pilipinas and let them ponder on the number of Filipinos, younger generation… para alam nila gaano talaga kabigat,” he said.
“Nandito kayo sa Pilipinas, mag-aral kayo. You can have access to all available information regarding the situational condition ng aking bayan,” he added.
