Dr. Mohd Izani Mohd Zain dilantik sebagai Timbalan Naib Canselor (HEPA) UMT

Menurut kenyataan UMT, Dr. Mohd Izani Mohd Zain merupakan anak kelahiran Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan mempunyai kepakaran dalam bidang politik dan pembentukan kerajaan serta politik islam dan demokrasi.

KUALA NERUS : Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Izani Mohd Zain dilantik sebagai Timbalan Naib Canselor Universiti Malaysia Terengganu , yang baharu berkuat kuasa 19 Februari 2023, menggantikan Prof. Madya Dr. Hafiz Zakariya yang telah tamat tempoh pelantikan pada 30 November 2022 lalu.

Beliau juga pernah menjawat jawatan sebagai Ketua Koordinator di Akademi Kepimpinan Tinggi serta Ahli Penggubal Pelan Induk Johor sebagai Tamadun Global Melayu. Sementara itu, Naib Canselor UMT, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazlan Abd Ghaffar berkata, pihaknya percaya dengan pelantikan itu akan terus menyerlahkan lagi kualiti dan kecemerlangan pengurusan pelajar selari dengan hasratnya untuk memperkasakan mahasiswa semasa dalam Majlis Amanat Naib Canselor UMT 2023 yang berlangsung di kampus UMT baru-baru ini.
