Dr Mahathir takes Bersatu membership dispute to RoS

DR Mahathir Mohamad has referred the termination of his Bersatu membership to the Registrar of Societies, appealing for the agency to help resolve the party’s internal feud. A letter sent to RoS through his lawyer, Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla, today states the former prime minister’s rejection of the decision to drop his membership, saying the move is in violation of the party constitution.
