PUTRAJAYA: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad should be allowed to finish his term or at least three years as Prime Minister, says former senator Datuk Ezam Mohd Nor.
Ezam said Dr Mahathir was the only politician with the will to stamp out corruption in Malaysia and would need more time to fulfill his agenda.
"Malaysia needs to fix this problem with corruption. We used to laugh at other countries, and now they are the ones laughing at us for losing money due to corrupt acts," said Ezam at a press conference here on Friday . Ezam was speaking to reporters after meeting the Registrar of Societies to register a new party called Parti Negara.
