The number of legal cases taken by Sinn Féin against the media does not "bode well" for "how they will be held accountable", Public Expenditure Minister Paschal Donohoe has said.
It is understood that the complaint relates to an article about the party’s response to the Hamas attack on October 7.A number of Sinn Féin TDs have taken legal cases against the media in recent months. "We all have things that are written about us in the media if you're in public life, views that are offered regarding what you do that at times you look on at and think and find it hard to read even at times, dare I say.
