MAUBAN, Quezon – A 23-year-old delivery rider drowned in the sea in Sitio Bulawagin, Barangay Cagsiay 1, here on Sunday morning, August 20.

The victim’s friend, Jeffrey Pelesigas, told police that Bandalaria left their rented cabin at around 11 p.m. on August 19 without informing him.

Bandalaria’s body was seen by a woman floating on the sea the next morning which was promptly reported to the police.Based on initial observation, police said there is no foul play on the body of the victim.
