Daniel Andrews has vowed to take “full responsibility” to loosen Victoria’s bail laws, with reforms to be introduced in the first half of the year, after the damning inquest findings into theThe premier on Tuesday said the state government had been working on a raft of changes for some time, but would not be drawn on what they would include.
