SDMC chairman Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah said this is to contain and control the spread of Covid-19 infections in these areas.“We believe we need to have a strategy that is more aggressive to cut off the transmission and spread of the virus,” he said at his daily Covid-19 briefing to the media. “We also need to study more areas,” he said, adding that ACD is not a form of enhanced movement control order .
