One hundred teams will carry out door-to-door screenings on almost 3,000 individuals who have a history of contacts with positive cases in Kota Samarahan.
Health Minister Dr Adham Baba, at a press conference after his working visit today, said the two areas were Taman Desa Ilmu and Taman Unigarden in Kota Samarahan.Red zones are areas with more than 40 positive cases detected.“A total of 100 teams, consisting of two health personnel each, will carry out door-to-door screenings on almost 3,000 individuals who have a history of contacts with positive cases.
Last Thursday, state disaster management committee Douglas Uggah Embas had also announced that active case detection would be carried out in areas that had a high incidence of Covid-19 cases.
