kualalumpur Kedutaan Malaysia di Rom, Itali sedang berhubung dengan rakyat Malaysia di negara itu susulan kemungkinan pelaksanaan perintah kuarantin, bagi mengekang penularan wabak koronavirus baharu (Covid-19).
Seramai 10 juta penduduk di sekitar ibu negara Itali, Milan dan bandar pelancongan Venice, akan dikenakan perintah kuarantin untuk tempoh sebulan.
Sumber Kementerian Luar berkata, pihak kedutaan berusaha mengenal pasti semua rakyat Malaysia yang berada di Itali.“Malah kedutaan juga mempunyai penyelaras di setiap kawasan untuk membantu mengenal pasti rakyat Malaysia yang berada di kawasan itu,” katanya ketika dihubungi hari ini.Terdahulu, Itali dilaporkan bersedia untuk laksana perintah kuarantin 10 juta penduduk hingga 3 April.
