This order, if proven authentic, would allow Najib to serve the remainder of his jail sentence under house arrest . The three-judge panel was split, with two judges ruling in favor of Najib and one dissenting.
This ruling allows Najib to present additional evidence to support his claim of the existence of such an addendum to his original sentencing
