KULAI: The police are searching for two teenagers who went missing from Taman Putri Kulai here.
said 19-year-old Nur Diana Mohammad Rizal has been missing since March while Norpreeta Muhammad, 18, went missing this month.
He said police received a report about Nur Diana's case from the Bukit Baru Melaka Tengah police station on March 17. "According to her parents, she had asked for permission to visit her uncle in Kulai on the day she went missing. "Her father called her later the same day to ask when she was coming home and she told him she would be home soon."At around 8.30pm, she sent a text telling him she was safe and that should not worry about her," he said in a statement on Thursday ."Her family members have tried hard to locate her but their efforts have not been successful so far.As for Norpreeta, her parents lodged a missing persons report on June 11 at Kulai police headquarters.
