The fast-food chain has been expanding its drive-through business to meet increased demand since 2020, adding pick-up windows to new and, where possible, existing locations, too.
is opening its second restaurant in Middleburg Heights. The location, at 6860 Pearl Road in the Southland shopping district, is the first in the southwest suburb with a Chipotlane, a drive-thru option that allows customers to pick up their digital order without leaving their car.
Late last year, the company opened its 500th restaurant with a drive-thru lane. The new Middleburg location is the third Chipotle within a three-mile radius, joining existing stores on Bagley Rd. and on W. Ridgewood Dr. in the old Parmatown area. The next closest location with a Chipotlane is on Royalton Rd. in Strongsville. The restaurant is open daily from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m.
