Kota Kinabalu: A first-time mixed development project, Bukit Sri Dutamas @ Beaufort will be launched at its site this Saturday.
North Borneo Land Venture Sdn Bhd Managing Director G.N. Wong said the project is also the biggest mixed use development hub in Beaufort, spanning over 22.71 acres and strategically located in a prime location.
“Members of public are invited to the auspicious event as well as get to see the showroom of those units. The sales gallery is open from 9am until 5pm seven days a week for those interested in the development project,” he said. “This project is conveniently situated in the centre of Beaufort town which is behind Beaufort Sentral building along the bustling Jalan Beaufort – Menumbok road.“Most importantly, the site project is not built on flood-prone areas and the owners would be rest assured of their convenience and peace of mind.
To a question, Wong said he chose Beaufort to build this mixed development project because of the Pan Borneo highway that passes through the district providing better road access which will boost demands for housing from the locals and outsiders such as from Sarawak and Brunei Darussalam.
