UNIT Farmasi di klinik kerajaan di satu bahagian Beaufort diminta untuk memproses semua permintaan ubat semasa waktu operasi institusi perubatan itu – sama ada ia daripada pesakit baru atau pesakit sedia ada yang ingin menambah bekalan ubat mereka.
Jurucakap Jabatan Kesihatan berkata kakitangan Unit itu juga diingatkan supaya lebih mesra ketika berurusan dengan pesakit, selain cuba memberikan perkhidmatan optimum pada setiap masa.Di bawah polisi ini, jelasnya, kakitangan Unit bertanggungjawab untuk memenuhi keperluan pesakit dari luar kawasan yang datang sendiri ke klinik.
“Kakitangan juga dikehendaki untuk memeriksa stok dan pesanan ubat dari Klinik Kesihatan Membakut dan Hospital Beaufort, yang akan digunakan di PDHC. “Mengikut ‘Petunjuk Beban Kerja Keperluan Kakitangan’ kami, ia bukan sesuatu yang luar biasa bagi seorang ahli farmasi di klinik kerajaan untuk mengeluarkan ubat bagi 60 preskripsi sehari.
