Tearful Jamie Lynn Spears broke down as she opened up about the moment daughter Maddie nearly lost her life.The eight-year-old was thrown into a pond and submerged under water for several minutes as her mum and stepdad unsuccessfully raced in to try and save her.Now emotional Jamie Lynn says she thought her first born was dead as the emergency services rescued her three years ago.
