Britney Spears Just Showed Off Her Abs in New TikTok Workout Video With Boyfriend Sam Asghari
Sam is a personal trainer, and he's been dating Britney since 2016.Britney Spears' home gym may have accidentally burned down six months ago, but it appears to be back up and running. The pop star recently shared a-personal trainer Sam Asghari working out together in her gym, and it's total couple goals.
"Grateful to have Sam to stay in shape with 💪 !!!!! Couples that workout together stay together 😉💪🌸🌹!!!!!" she wrote in the caption. The TikTok features Brit and Sam in her gym, and they start the video by goofing off before getting down to business. In the first bit, Britney can be seen sparring with Sam as they work their way around gym mats. Brit looks fit with her abs on full display in a super cute red frilled bra top, while Sam shows off his muscles, sans shirt.
