Workers in essential services must carry a letter from their management authorising them to travel.
The directive applies to staff of all ministries and businesses which have been declared as essential services. “At the roadblocks some of them were forced to turn back as they could not show proof that they have been ordered to be at work. The letter to be carried by the staff when travelling to and from work and can be presented to the police at roadblocks,” he said.
