Blogger Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, appeared before the House of Representatives on Monday to testify in a hearing
about bribery allegations involving the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and the Nigerian Correctional Service .
Otse, who gained attention through a viral video, accused controversial cross-dresser Idris Okuneye, known as Bobrisky, of bribing the EFCC with ₦15 million. Responding to the accusations, Bobrisky has vehemently denied any involvement in bribery and described the allegations as baseless. Meanwhile, the Nigerian Bar Association has called for an independent investigation.
