The whole Bainbridge kerfuffle, where he was caught in compromising videos, has been very costly for investors and arguably still has it vulnerable to an approach. Barrenjoey’s no stranger to Lark and its investors. The investment bank ran Lark’s $53 million placement at $5 a share last October.
