At this stage, leaks of the ASUS ROG Ally X have undoubtedly been plentiful and are still spring up from the brand's rusty plumbing. It's gotten so bad to the point that the PC brand has decidedly released all details of the gaming handheld, in all its glory.
Addressing the specs first, the Ally X really has been give a bump in several areas. The retention of the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme SoC and 7-inch FHD display you already know, but ASUS has really increased the RAM capacity of frequency from 16GB LPDDR5-6400MHz to 24GB LPDDR5X-7500MHz, as well as doubled the battery capacity from 40WHr to 80WHr.Storage has also been doubled, from 512GB to 1TB PCIE 4.0.
