PAKATAN Harapan chairman Anwar Ibrahim is due to be sworn in as Malaysia’s 10th prime minister at 5pm today, according to the Royal Palace. After days of political deadlock, it is understood that leaders have come to an agreement in which Anwar – after nearly 25 years in opposition – will take the top job.
Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah will perform the swearing in ceremony at Istana Negara later today. – November 24, 2022.
