The Finance Minister stated that the government will not allow any public universities to deny underprivileged students the right to register at their institutions.

"If a student is facing a financial problem, universities must still register them regardless, and inform the government about the student's status," said Anwar. He went on to say that students are now able to pay their semester fees after they have completed their course registration.
