Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana and his son, Folarin, popularly known as Falz, have given a 12-hour ultimatum to controversial crossdresser Bobrisky to retract his defamatory claim against them.
DAILY POST reports that Bobrisky , in leaked audio by popular social media critic VeryDarkMan claimed that Falana and Falz approached him to help him secure a presidential pardon for N10 million. In response, Falana and Falz denied the allegation, a development that has generated controversies across social media. However, in a cease-and-desist letter dated October 14, 2024, through Falana and Falana ’s Chamber, Falana and Falz described Bobrisky ’s allegations as damaging to their reputation.
“In fact, you have published a list of individuals who believed your fabricated story and contributed millions of naira, supposedly to pay our client to write a letter of pardon and bribe public officers on your behalf. “Your decision to involve our client in your criminal activities was purely a figment of your imagination. You never instructed our client to write a letter of pardon for you, contrary to your baseless claims.
