Bundee Aki took to social media this week to pay tribute to the retiring pair of Johnny Sexton and Keith Earls.
Instagram Earls left a one-word response on the post, which read: "Damn." Meanwhile, Sexton replied with a green heart emoji. Speaking after the game, Jack Conan said failing to give his Leinster teammate Sexton a fairytale farewell at the tournament was arguably the most painful aspect of the “toughest” defeat of his career.
“We’re genuinely just gutted that we couldn’t do it for them and that we couldn’t do it for Johnny, someone who deserves so much for the sacrifices he has made, for the player he is and for the man he is, for the leader that he is.
