The rear section of an Air Busan Airbus A321 caught fire at Gimhae International Airport in Busan, South Korea, on Tuesday, Jan 28, forcing the evacuation of 176 people. The fire broke out around 10:15 pm local time (1315 GMT) before the flight to Hong Kong could depart.

The Air Busan plane, an Airbus A321, was set to fly to Hong Kong from Gimhae International Airport in southeastern Busan but caught fire at around 10.15pm local time , the transport ministry said in a statement. The statement gave no information about the cause of the fire other than to say it broke out in the rear of the aircraft.
