On Friday’s episode of "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda," Abdul Raman opened up about the effects of social media peer pressure on him.
Admitting that social media is a part of his job as an actor, Abdul stressed that peer pressure comes from managing and maintaining numbers like followers, views, likes etc. "It takes a toll," the young star said. "If I’m speaking for myself, it takes a toll, and with all this connection and connecting with everyone else, somehow you feel more disconnected.""It’s all about consciously realizing that all you see on social media is filtered. People want to express themselves in the best way possible, their best picture," he advised.“You also need to think na dapat maging kuntento ka sa sarili mo,” Shayne added.
