Antara punca pelajar Johor tertarik untuk bekerja di Singapura sehingga mengabaikan peperiksaan SPM adalah kerana faktor kadar pertukaran mata wang yang tinggi.
Peperiksaan Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia 2024 yang bermula pada 2 Disember 2024 baru sahaja melabuhkan tirai pada 6 Februari 2025 yang lalu.

Jelas beliau lagi, perkara ini telah mencetuskan kebimbangan dan meminta para ibu bapa untuk memainkan peranan masing-masing. Memetik laporan Astro Awani, urusan melibatkan 402,956 calon berdaftar untuk menduduki peperiksaan tersebut di 3,337 pusat peperiksaan di seluruh negara telah berjalan dengan lancar meskipun berdepan bencara banjir di beberapa negeri berikutan musim Monsun Timur Laut.
Tahap pendidikan yang berkualiti ini secara tidak langsung dapat membuka lebih banyak peluang pekerjaan di syarikat bertaraf antarabangsa selepas tamat pengajian.
