GEORGE TOWN: Performing the"superman" stunt and illegally racing on the Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah Bridge led to 60 motorcycles being seized and 170 summonses issued.
"We seized 60 motorcycles due to various offences including expired road tax, no insurance coverage and illegal modifications to their motorcycles. ACP Sazalee said during the operations they found that some of the motorcyclists that they caught were performing dangerous stunts on the Second Bridge."I want to advise the public to not participate in illegal racing activities as it has become a prevalent problem, especially among teenagers.
