The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) Terengganu received 40 complaints from the public between January 1 and 23, 2023. The highest number of complaints concerned prices of goods and services, with 18 cases reported through various channels, including online systems. Other complaints included online transactions (seven cases), controlled goods (five cases), misleading services (four cases), motor vehicle workshops (one case), and counterfeit trade (one case). The KPDN also conducted 65 sessions of the MADANI Rahmah Sales Program (PJRM) from January 1 to today, involving 31 sessions in premises, 33 mobile PJRM sessions, and one PJRM@Pasar session across eight parliaments in Terengganu.

Oleh itu, kami amat mengalu-alukan laporan dan aduan orang ramai bagi mengelak salah laku dalam kalangan peniaga,“ katanya pada program pelancaran Skim Harga Maksimum Musim Perayaan Tahun Baharu Cina 2025 di sebuah pasar raya di sini hari ini.
