A 4-month-old baby boy died at a daycare center in Kuala Langat, Malaysia on January 3rd. The baby was taken to a clinic by a caregiver in a critical condition, with pallor and cyanosis on his lips and feet. Despite CPR and oxygen administered by the clinic doctor, the baby was pronounced dead at Hospital Cyberjaya around 5:05 pm. Authorities revealed that the daycare lacked a license, although an application had been submitted.

Menurut Ketua Polis Daerah Kuala Langat, Superintenden Mohd Akmalrizal Radzi seorang doktor telah membuat laporan berkaitan kematian bayi lelaki tersebut pada jam 3.29 petang. Bayi Dibawa Ke Hospital Cyberjaya Tambah Mohd Akmalrizal, doktor di klinik berkenaan telah memberi bantuan pernafasan serta oksigen kepada bayi tersebut sementara menunggu ambulans untuk dibawa ke Hospital Cyberjaya.
Permohonan Lesen Bagi Taska Belum Diluluskan Mohd Akmalrizal dalam pada itu menjelaskan bahawa semakan mendapati premis taska terbabit tidak mempunyai lesen.“Setakat ini tiada tangkapan dijalankan, pengusaha dan pekerja terbabit telah diambil keterangan untuk siasatan lanjut,” katanya.Sebarang maklumat atau info berkaitan kejadian boleh disalurkan dengan tampil ke mana-mana balai polis berdekatan atau menghubungi Bilik Gerakan Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kuala Langat di talian 03-31872222.
Berdasarkan tangkap layar perbualan WhatsApp antara ibu kepada Handzalah dan pihak taska, wanita itu mempersoalkan bagaimanakah insiden itu boleh berlaku.
