A Reynoldsburg man who is charged with the string of robberies and the deadly shootout on Interstate 70 over the summer has entered a plea agreement.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Division of Police Homicide Unit is investigating after a man was found dead Wednesday morning in north Columbus.
Police were called to the 1300 block of Morse Road at 4:31 a.m. and found 39-year-old Matthew Hurt unresponsive. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced Hurt dead at 4:39 a.m. During a post-mortem exam by the Franklin County Coroner's Office, evidence of foul play was discovered and Hurt's death was ruled a homicide.
