is now launched in Malaysia, and one of the biggest highlights of the minor change is the availability of wireless Android Auto and Google Built-in on all variants. The latter is the first of its kind for a new car in Malaysia.), where it was fitted on higher-end variants, Honda’s implementation of Google Built-in sees popular Google apps and features such as Google Assistant, Google Maps and the Play Store integrated into the factory head unit.
Shortcuts of these apps are lined up in a vertical strip next to the physical controls on the right side of the 9.0-inch colour touchscreen for added convenience. You can summon Google Assistant with ‘OK Google’ and make commands. The rest of the infotainment’s interface looks similar to before, so you get a proper factory-style look and experience, as opposed to an aftermarket Android head unit. We’ll get pictures of this soon.. As mentioned, it’s standard on all variants of the 2025 Civic facelift, including the base E variant, which gets an upgrade in screen size .
