CLEVELAND, Ohio – Authorities identified the teen slain Tuesday in the city’s West Boulevard neighborhood.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.It was unknown Thursday afternoon whether authorities had made an arrest in the case., police said. Shots were fired, but no one was hurt.
