Kesemua tertuduh mengangguk faham sejurus pertuduhan dikemukakan terhadap mereka dalam bahasa Tamil di hadapan Hakim Nor Azah Kasran dan tiada pengakuan direkodkan kerana kes dibicarakan mengikut Akta Kesalahan Keselamatan (Langkah-Langkah Khas) 2012 (SOSMA) yang di bawah bidang kuasa Mahkamah Tinggi.
BUTTERWORTH : Seramai 16 lelaki didakwa di Mahkamah Sesyen di sini, hari ini kerana menjadi ahli kumpulan jenayah terancang iaitu Geng Pacific Siva, sejak lapan tahun lalu.
Turut didakwa K. Hendry ,44; M. Sivasangkaran,37; M. Partiben,29; S. Arunan,32; S. Denneswaran, 28 dan V. Alagis, 31. Mengikut pertuduhan, 14 daripada tertuduh didakwa melakukan kesalahan itu antara Jun 2016 hingga 26 November 2024. Mereka didakwa mengikut Seksyen 130V Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman penjara antara lima hingga 20 tahun jika sabit kesalahan.
