The local music scene heats up as the top 15 songs from the Muzik Muzik 40 chart are revealed. These songs compete for a spot in the prestigious Anugerah Juara Lagu 40 (AJL40). The program features established artists alongside rising talents, showcasing the diversity of Malaysian music. Another 15 songs will be announced next week to complete the list of 30, with only 20 making it to the semi-finals, judged by professional judges. The next announcement will be on April 5, with AJL40 scheduled for April 17 and 18, 2026.
